Shipping and shipping costs
The delivery of the ordered goods usually takes place within 1-3 working days after payment (exception: payment on account). Should we not be able to deliver the ordered goods on time, for example due to unforeseeable high demand or due to bottlenecks at suppliers, we will inform you about the delay immediately.
Shipping and transport damages
Your order will always be delivered in its entirety. Packaging that is visibly damaged during transport must be reported to the delivery service immediately upon receipt.
Your order will be shipped by DPD. When your package is handed over to DPD, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the DPD shipment tracking system. Thus, you will be able to track the location and delivery status of your package at any time.
Please keep in mind that the products may be damaged when exposed to extreme temperatures. We recommend that you choose a protected location when arranging a drop-off location with DPD and, if you will be away for an extended period of time, consider delivery to a DPD parcel store or dropping off at a neighbor's house.
We deliver while stocks last. In case of product changes, unavailability of the goods or delayed delivery by the manufacturer, we will contact you immediately and try to offer goods equivalent in quality and price. If this is not possible, we reserve the right not to provide the service.
